Rental Rates
All rental spaces are based on full day (8 hours) time slots between 8am-5pm, and depend on what day of the week your event will take place. Half day slots are only available in the R&R Lounge and Worskshop room. Overtime on facility is $250/hour. See below for starting rates for each space. For a customized budget and multi-day events, please complete a rental inquiry.
*** Wedding packages are booked as full building use, and include 2.5 days for load in, rehearsal, event and load out the morning after. This package includes lighting and use of our in-house audio system ***

R&R LOUNGE
DIMENSIONS: 800 sq. ft.
CAPACITY: Suitable for 10-60 person gatherings, presentations, or as a break out space

EVENT SPACES
ASBJORN LUNDE GALLERY
DIMENSIONS: 800 sq. ft.
CAPACITY: Suitable for sit down ceremonies of up to 80, cocktail receptions up to 120, dining for small-medium sized group.
Gallery space, with wide formal staircase leading to the Performance Hall. This space can be combined with the R&R Lounge to increase capacity.
Weekday: starting at $1,800 (half days not available)
Weekend: starting at $2,400
RENTAL COMBINATIONS:

PERFORMANCE HALL
DIMENSIONS: 4,000 sq. ft. on the floor, 1,200 sq. ft. on stage. Restroom facilities, elevator lobbies, entry lobbies, and dressing rooms are in addition.
CAPACITY: Main floor can be configured in many different ways. The space accommodates between 100-250 guests for a seated dinner, 350 for a theater-style seated presentation or 500 for an open-plan cocktail event.

CAPACITY: 100 for seated dinner, higher for cocktails only. Includes rental of the Center Hall Gallery, Common Council Room, and Workshop Room, suitable for intimate weddings or gatherings, book launches and more.

ENTIRE BUILDING
DIMENSIONS: 6,550 sq. ft.
CAPACITY: Suitable for large weddings, special events up to 250.
