Rates & Availability

All rental spaces are based on half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) time slots between 8am-5pm, and depend on what day of the week your event will take place. Overtime on facility is $200/hour. Rentals also include use of the Workshop Room for catering/prep. See below for starting rates for each space. For a customized budget, please complete a rental inquiry.

PLEASE NOTE: As per NYS guidelines, all guests over the age of 2 are required to wear face coverings unless seated for food or drink service, and to practice social distancing with those outside of their immediate family group.

DIMENSIONS: 950 sq. ft.

CAPACITY: Suitable for 5 – 60 person meetings, presentations, retreats, brunch receptions

CENTER HALL GALLERY

DIMENSIONS: 800 sq. ft.

CAPACITY: Suitable for sit down ceremonies of up to X, cocktail receptions up to X, dining for small-medium sized group.
Gallery space, with wide formal staircase leading to the Performance Hall. This space can be combined with the Common Council Room and West Room to increase capacity.

Weekday: $800 (up to 10pm)
Weekend: $1,200

PERFORMANCE HALL

DIMENSIONS: 4,000 sq. ft. on the floor, 1,200 sq. ft. on stage. Restroom facilities, elevator lobbies, entry lobbies, and dressing rooms are in addition. 

CAPACITY: Main floor can be configured in many different ways. The space accommodates between 100-250 guests for a seated dinner, 350 for a theater-style seated presentation or 500 for an open-plan cocktail event.

ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR

DIMENSIONS: 2,550 sq. ft.

CAPACITY: 100 for seated dinner and possibly more if it’s cocktails only. Includes rental of the Center Hall Gallery, Common Council Room, West Room and Workshop Room, suitable for intimate weddings or gatherings, book launch and more.

Weekend: $2,600

ENTIRE BUILDING

CAPACITY: Suitable for large weddings, special events up to 250.
