CultureWorks is Hudson Hall’s workforce development program for local youth, offering hands-on training, creative mentorship, and meaningful cultural experiences that introduce young people to careers in the performing arts, film, tech, and media.
Each year, 15–20 high school–aged students participate in a paid, week-long intensive led by industry professionals and in collaboration with Hudson-based nonprofit Operation Unite NY, gaining practical skills and real-world exposure to live arts and media production and management.
