“This brother [lays] it out on multiple levels. If you didn’t know, now you know.”
—Marcellus “Bassman” Shepard

Baltimore-based Warren Wolf is one of jazz’s most accomplished vibraphonists. At the age of three, he picked up the drums, piano, marimba, and vibraphone – a virtuosity which eventually led him to study at the Peabody Institute; Baltimore’s School for the Arts; and Berklee College of Music. He has toured and recorded with the Rachel Price Group; Tia Fuller; the Donal Fox Group; and Christian McBride. Wolf has recorded four solo albums – including Reincarnation (2019), which JazzTimes called “a very personal statement… that offers thematic consistency yet plenty of variety,” and draws on the work of R&B and artists like D’Angelo and Prince.
