Qi Gong promotes circulation, soothes the nervous system, and deepens mental clarity. To begin, participants will align the body and lower the center of gravity, allowing the soft connective tissues to work together with greater ease. Through this gentle, grounding practice, mind and body become both stronger and more easeful.
