MASK WEARING
Masks wearing is encouraged, but not required unless otherwise specified on an event listing. No outside food or beverages may be consumed in the building. 

VACCINATION POLICY
At this time, proof of vaccination is not required for entry unless otherwise specified on the event listing.

Staff: Hudson Hall staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated and boosted. We highly recommend everyone who is eligible get vaccinated and boosted to protect themselves, their families, and our community.

CAPACITY
Hudson Hall is currently operating at 100% capacity for ticketed events.

AIR FILTRATION
Hudson Hall’s modern HAVC system is outfitted with MERV 13 filters, with industrial air handlers that draw on fresh air for heating and cooling.

NOTE: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present, and Hudson Hall cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to COVID-19 during your visit. Those visiting Hudson Hall do so at their own risk of such exposure.

Parking

Metered parking can be found on Warren Street, or in two municipal parking lots on the 300 block. An accessible entrance and accessible parking is located off City Hall Place. If you plan to attend a Hudson Hall event and need special assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Admission Policies

We encourage you to reserve tickets for all events, even if they are free. In the event of any changes or updates to scheduled programs, we will make every effort to contact ticket holders using the information provided. Late seating is at the discretion of management. Programs and artists are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be returned up to 24 hours in advance in exchange for a tax-deductible contribution.

Rush Tickets for Students & Veterans

Hudson Hall strives to makes the arts accessible to all. In addition to numerous free workshops, exhibits, talks, and community events presented by Hudson Hall year-round, we also offer up to two $10 rush tickets to students 29 and under and to veterans with a valid ID starting 90 minutes before any performance. For shows with limited tickets, a standby line will be formed. Seating is at the discretion of the box office.

Under 25

To enable more young people to purchase tickets in advance, we’re offering all people 25 and under the opportunity to purchase $15 dollar tickets. Use the discount code UNDER25 at time of checkout. Tickets must be picked up at Will-Call and ID provided; anyone not 25 and under will be subject to pay the difference. All sales are final.

Accessibility

Hudson Hall is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator to reach the performance hall. Please contact us if you have other special needs and we will be happy to assist you.

Children

Unless otherwise noted, children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to live events intended for adults. House management reserves the right to remove disruptive parties from the building.

Bad Weather Policy

For Daytime Programs:
Hudson Hall follows the same cancellation procedures as the Hudson City School District. Please check your local radio stations for these cancellations.

For Nighttime programs:
Hudson Hall follows the same cancellation policies as Columbia-Greene Community College. Please check your local radio stations for these cancellations.
