Administrative Associate (Full-Time)

Hudson Hall seeks an Administrative Associate to work closely with all department heads to help execute administrative and production tasks across the organization. This is a full-time position working Tuesday – Saturday; working evening hours for performances and events is required.

Production Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hudson Hall seeks a part-time Production Coordinator to join our small and dedicated team as we reopen our theater and rebuild after a year-long closure caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a part-time position with salary commensurate with experience. The schedule varies often according to the upcoming programs, and includes evenings and weekends for performances and events.

Marketing & Communications Manager (Full-Time)

Hudson Hall seeks a full-time, energetic and motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to drive audience development and engagement strategies to meet the organization’s revenue goals. The position is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Executive Director and eligible for benefits. Working weekend and evening hours for performances and events is required.

Design & Digital Marketing Consultant (Part-Time)

Hudson Hall seeks an energetic and motivated Design & Digital Marketing Consultant to help drive audience and donor engagement through the creation and management of Hudson Hall’s print and digital marketing. The Design & Digital Marketing Consultant is a part-time, 20-30 hours per week, in-office (with some remote work optional), reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager and works closely with all department heads.
